Michelle is a pharmacist with over 20 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, working in Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Compliance.

Since forming Compliant Medical Solutions Ltd. in 2013, Michelle has undertaken both short and long-term projects for a variety of different companies. These have included providing final signatory review and approval services, advising on ABPI Complaints, ABPI Code training for reviewers and aspiring final signatories, interim Medical Adviser support and SOP development and updates.

Working closely with commercial colleagues to find compliant solutions to projects, Michelle has worked in many therapy areas including Diabetes, Prostate cancer, Breast Cancer, osteoporosis and rare diseases. Michelle has significant experience in handling PMCPA complaints and was previously a member of the PMCPA Appeal Board. Other areas of experience include providing advice into brand planning ahead of a product launch, and re-engineering compliance related processes for increased efficiency.
